The Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI) is a non-profit research and education organization that is gathering, funding and sharing scientific research to demonstrate the positive health impacts of animals.
Our research seeks to empirically demonstrate that live human-animal interaction has unique therapeutic effects for the general public, as well as for those populations with clinical dysfunction. Investigations will contribute to evidence-based practice in the field of animal-assisted interventions.
