**What Are Equine Assisted Sessions?** Equine Assisted Sessions, also known as equine-assisted psychotherapy or learning, offer a unique, experiential approach to personal development and therapy. In these sessions, clients engage in safe, guided interactions with horses to enhance social-emotional skills, improve relationships, and foster personal growth. The benefits can vary depending on individual needs but often include building confidence and self-esteem, developing life and social skills, exploring emotional regulation, and processing grief or trauma. Participants may also work on setting boundaries, enhancing communication, and navigating life transitions. These sessions provide a powerful space for deeper self-awareness, exploring behavioural patterns, and achieving personal goals.
