Whole Warrior Solutions supports adults seeking greater confidence, self-awareness and practical ways to navigate mental health challenges, trauma impacts, psychosocial disability and everyday life.

Our trauma-informed, person-centred and holistic services can help you strengthen emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, relationships, coping strategies and everyday life skills.

Services include private counselling and therapeutic support, psychosocial recovery coaching, and disability-related capacity-building training and skill development.

Where suitable and agreed during intake, in-person sessions with Tania Gorry may be supported by Bella, our Toy Poodle. Bella’s involvement is optional and is incorporated within the practitioner’s existing service, qualifications (BA Social Science and Assoc Dip Community Service) and professional scope. Bella is not an assistance animal or a separately funded NDIS support.

Delivery options include home visits within Wyong Shire where appropriate, walk-and-talk sessions and suitable community-based sessions across the Wyong Shire area of the NSW Central Coast. Virtual sessions are available Australia-wide.

Private clients and eligible self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome to make an enquiry and book an intake assessment at www.wholewarriorsolutions.com.au
