Business Statement I offer animal-assisted walk & talk therapy in Sydney and the Inner West, focused on creating a safe & neutral space where the counsellor and client can work together. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, working with the perspective that therapy is not about fixing oneself, but learning to hold space for yourself and to manage life's challenges with self compassion and self-kindness. My greyhound, Ruben, is a certified therapy dog and available to attend walk & talk sessions. For non-Sydney based clients I also provide telehealth appointments. Walk & talk sessions can also be without Ruben.
