Neisha Cass Counselling is a gentle, trauma-aware and neurodiversity-affirming space for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stretched thin, moving through change, or beginning to understand themselves in a new way.

The work is relational, curious and flexible. There can be room for words, and for not having them. Sessions may include conversation, movement, drawing, metaphor, silence and other expressive ways of working, depending on what feels useful in the moment.

Online counselling appointments are currently available. Waitlists are open for future Therapy Dog and Equine Assisted Therapy sessions.
