I’m a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with autistic and ADHDer females across the lifespan, seeing both children and adults. I adopt an empathic, strengths-based and person-centred approach in helping clients find identity, and meaning in their life, whilst navigating through the challenges life can throw at them. I bring my lived experience of raising 4 neurodivergent children to and adopt a neuro-affirming approach into practice. I would love for us to chat further about how I can support you, and take a collaborative approach in working together.
