I offer animal‑assisted wellbeing sessions that bring together the calming presence of animals, the grounding influence of nature, and gentle creative activities that support emotional balance and personal growth. My space is designed to feel safe, peaceful, and nurturing, allowing clients to explore their wellbeing goals at their own pace.

Clients spend time with my friendly chickens, ducks, and goats, engaging in activities such as feeding, grooming, observing natural behaviours, and enjoying quiet companionship. These interactions encourage emotional regulation, communication skills, and a sense of connection.

Sessions also include nature‑based activities such as sensory exploration, outdoor mindfulness, seasonal tasks, and hands‑on experiences with plants. Clients can take part in guided journalling, using reflective prompts to deepen self‑awareness, and enjoy garden cuttings and propagating sessions, where they learn to nurture new growth—both in plants and within themselves.

Every session is personalised to support individual needs, whether the focus is relaxation, sensory grounding, social connection, confidence building, or simply finding joy in spending time with animals and nature.

Together, the animals, the natural environment, and creative wellbeing activities create meaningful experiences that foster resilience, confidence, and inner calm.
