Equines facilitating inner healing, helping build a solid foundation for a brighter future and restoring hope. We use an integrated, trauma informed approach that incorporates equine assisted therapy, counselling, body based awareness, mindfulness practices and horsemanship. We aim to inspire and empower individuals through connection. We understand you are unique and your goals are exclusive and personal to you, and that a one-size-fits-all approach isn’t the best practice. Having this understanding has allowed us to create sessions and programs that can be tailored to suit you and your individual needs. No matter what stage in life and journey you are at, we are here to help guide you in a safe and relaxing environment.
