Hello my name is Joanne Spotswood, I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Equine Assisted Mental Health Practitioner. I also have a background in education and work with adolescents and adults who are seeking a holistic approach to therapy. I have a relational embodied approach which honours the intelligence of our bodies, and minds and includes awareness of the impact of trauma and life experiences on both the physical and emotional aspects of self.
