I offer compassionate and professional occupational therapy services for children and adults aged 3 to 65. Whether you’re navigating life with a new diagnosis or working toward personal goals, I’ll support you as you develop your independence, and wellbeing through meaningful activity.

Guided by the philosophy of equanimity—calm and composure in the face of challenge—I help you develop the skills that empower you to thrive. My approach is person-centred, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and strength-based, tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

Inspired by my lifelong connection with animals—especially my horse Bundy—EOT reflects the values of reflection, compassion, learning, and leadership. These influences shape both my logo and my practice. I believe that skill development is most powerful when it’s engaging and enjoyable. So, each session centres on activities you love—making progress feel natural, purposeful, and fun.
