I am an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist based in the Lockyer Valley region of Queensland, offering a unique, nature-based approach to emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Grounded in a person-centred approach, I work alongside a gentle herd of eight horses to create a safe, supportive space where individuals, families, and loved ones can explore their experiences at their own pace. Integrating nature attunement and somatic practices, sessions may involve walking together in the paddock or simply being present with the horses, fostering deeper connection, body awareness, and emotional insight to support healing and meaningful change.
