Equinnect provides evidence-based counselling and equine-assisted services to support children (10+), teens, and adults in managing, caring, and improving their mental health, including trauma response, grief or loss, anxiety, depression, personal development, and other mental health and life changes & challenges. We offer a safe, compassionate space to build peace, self-compassion, flexibility, confidence, and life skills through personalised evidence-based therapeutic approaches and meaningful connection.
